Hideo Simon – Chief Operating Officer
Hideo Simon is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager with a diverse professional background spanning technology, real estate, hospitality, and construction. Holding an MBA from San Francisco State University and a BBA from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, he began his career in Silicon Valley as a network engineer before becoming a construction manager in Honolulu. His ability to identify strong opportunities and manage complex initiatives led him into design and construction, where he successfully developed multiple restaurant concepts and led numerous residential remodels known for their quality and functionality.
Across every industry he has worked in, Hideo is known for his strategic leadership, operational discipline, and commitment to craftsmanship. His blend of business acumen, technical skill, and design sensibility allows him to guide teams, manage projects efficiently, and deliver results that meet both aesthetic and performance standards. He is recognized for his integrity, clear communication, and ability to turn ambitious visions into practical, enduring outcomes.
Grant Yamato – Chief Executive Officer
Grant Yamato is the founding owner of Yamato & Co., a respected general contracting firm recognized for its superior craftsmanship, strategic project execution, and consistent delivery of high-quality residential and commercial builds. Through his vision, attention to detail, and innovative problem-solving, he has grown the company from its early beginnings into a trusted industry leader with a strong portfolio of successful projects across Hawaiʻi.
